Steel structure joint and connecting method thereof
The invention provides a steel structure joint. The steel structure joint comprises a joint pipe column and two sleeving parts arranged at the two ends of the joint pipe column correspondingly. Each sleeving part comprises a plurality of connecting plates which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the node tubular column; each connecting plate extends from the circumferential inner side of the end part of the node tubular column to the outside of the node tubular column along the extension direction of the node tubular column; a connecting hole is formed in the connecting plate; wherein the steel structure pipe column is matched with the node pipe column and can be connected to the sleeving part in a sleeving mode, outer holes corresponding to the connecting holes are formed in the steel structure pipe column, and the steel structure pipe column and the steel structure node are fixedly connected through the connecting holes and the outer holes by means of fasteners. The structure is simple and stable, and assembling is convenient; and through different combinations and standardization treatment, the nodes are machined in advance, and batch and productization production can be carried out. The invention further discloses a connecting method of the steel structure joint.
本发明提供一种钢结构节点,包括节点管柱和分别设置于节点管柱两端的两个套接部;每个套接部包括沿节点管柱周向均匀分布的多个连接板;每个连接板自节点管柱端部的周向内侧向沿节点管柱的延伸方向向节点管柱外延伸;连接板上设置有连接孔;其中钢结构管柱与节点管柱匹配并可套接于套接部,且钢结构管柱上设置有与连接孔对应的外孔,通过连接孔和外孔使钢结构管柱与钢结构节点依靠紧固件固定连接。其结构简单稳定,装配方便;并且通过不同组合及标准化处理,对节点事先进行加工,可进行批量化、产品化生产。还公开了钢结构节点的连接方法。
