The invention provides a novel reinforcing steel bar mechanical connection standardization complete device which is connected to the end of a reinforcing steel bar piece and is characterized in that the novel reinforcing steel bar mechanical connection standardization complete device comprises a second assembly and a third assembly which are nested with each other, the second assembly is a sleeve, the third assembly is an outer sleeve, and the third assembly is nested outside the second assembly; and optionally, a fourth assembly is included, and the fourth assembly is an adjusting screw rod connected to the ends of the two reinforcing steel bar pieces. The technical scheme of the invention is a new invention technology which is wide in applicability, relatively low in cost and capable of conveniently and effectively connecting two building accessories which are difficult to rotate freely, short in connectable length of the steel bars and cannot meet the lap joint requirement of the steel bars, small in space where a steel bar joint is located and cannot adopt a welding form or large in welding workload.
