The invention discloses a standardized complete device for mechanical connection of reinforcing steel bars, which comprises a first reinforcing steel bar 1, a convex sleeve 2 used for connecting the first reinforcing steel bar 1, a second reinforcing steel bar 5, a lining assembly 3 embedded and attached to a thread at the end of the second reinforcing steel bar 5, and an outer sleeve 4 used for connecting the convex sleeve 2 and the lining assembly 3, the steel bar structure is characterized in that the lining assembly 3 comprises a first part 301, a second part 302 and a third part 303 which are formed by cutting according to a preset cutting mode, and the first part 301, the second part 302 and the third part 303 are assembled, inlaid and attached to end threads of the second steel bar 5 according to a preset sequence. In practical application, reliable connection of steel bars in a steel bar cage and a formed steel bar framework can be achieved through mechanical connection, so that the device can be more flexibly adapted to various conditions of site construction, and is low in cost, good in effect and easy to operate.
