The wall surface slicking machine for the building comprises a machine body (101), wherein rolling wheels (102) are mounted at the bottom of the machine body (101); the scraping plate (103) is arranged on the machine body (101); and the scraping mechanism (200) drives a cam sliding block rocker mechanism through a motor (201) to enable the scraping plate (103) to rotate up and down and left and right. The scraping mechanism (200) can be driven by the motor (201) to enable the scraping plate (103) to rotate and move up and down and left and right at the same time, and the scraping area is increased through left-right walking of the rolling wheels (102) of the scraping plate (103).
