The invention relates to a wall surface slicking process for constructional engineering, and aims to solve the technical problems that time and labor are wasted and the flatness of a wall surface is greatly influenced due to the fact that current wall surface integrated painting and slicking are carried out, the process is realized based on a modularized wall surface putty injection device, and the wall surface putty injection device comprises a transverse moving mechanism, a mechanical arm and an injection machine head; wherein the working end of the injection machine head is of a detachable template packaging structure; compared with an existing wall surface putty laying mode, the novel laying method is adopted, the modularized putty injection units are firstly constructed on the wall surface through the novel laying method, and compared with an existing putty painting mode, the putty injection units laid in the gaps have better smoothness and timeliness; and finally, the gaps are filled to achieve forming of the whole wall, the workload of polishing and repairing is far lower than the workload of integral polishing and repairing after an existing wall is formed, and the technology for achieving slicking of the wall is beneficial to market popularization.
本发明涉及一种建筑工程用墙面刮平工艺,旨在解决当前墙面一体粉刷及刮平不仅费时费力且极大的影响墙面平整度的技术问题,该工艺基于一种模块化的墙面腻子注定装置来实现,墙面腻子注定装置包括横移机构、机械臂及注定机头;其中,注定机头工作端为可拆卸式模板封装结构;本发明相对现有墙面腻子的铺设方式,采用一种新的铺设方法,利用这种新的铺设方法首先在墙面构建模块化的腻子注定单元,这些间隙铺设的腻子注定单元相对现有腻子的粉刷方式,具有更好的平整性及时效性,最后将间隙填缝即可实现整面墙体的成型,其打磨修补的工作量远远低于现有墙面成型后的整体式打磨修补的工作量,本发明实现墙面的刮平工艺有利于市场推广。
