The invention discloses an EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) lining die for construction of a complex concrete member, which comprises a filling layer and a structural layer, the filling layer is positioned on the inner side of the structural layer, and the outer surface of the filling layer is attached to the complex outer surface of the complex concrete member; the filling layer is one or a combination of a base styrene foam block and an extruded polystyrene block which are formed by cutting; the filling layer made of EPS or XPS is adopted, the characteristics of good plasticity and easy machining of EPS and XPS are utilized, accurate cutting forming can be carried out according to the design requirement of a complex concrete member, and then the filling layer is supported through the structural layer composed of a conventional wood formwork or a wood plywood formwork or a steel formwork. Compared with a customized steel formwork, the cost of the formwork is greatly reduced, production and machining are convenient, the formwork size precision is high, loss is small, the overall weight is light, construction is easy, and the removed filling layer can be repeatedly machined and used.
