Tunnel concrete lining construction method
The invention discloses a tunnel concrete lining construction method. The method comprises the following construction steps: 1) construction preparation; 2) construction measurement; (3) welding or binding a steel frame; (4) the embedded parts are installed; (5) the lining trolley is accurately in place; (6) concrete pouring; (7) curing concrete knots; wherein during construction preparation, when a mold class and a support need to be selected and a steel frame needs to be welded or bound, steel bars need to be manufactured and installed, and grouting treatment needs to be conducted during concrete pouring; the grouting treatment comprises backfill grouting and consolidation grouting; by means of the method, excavation construction can be effectively conducted on the hydropower station diversion tunnel in the geological environment that most of surrounding rocks are III and IV types and a small part is V types, the safety of the surrounding rocks in the construction process is improved, construction hidden dangers are reduced, and the construction quality and the construction period are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种隧洞砼衬砌施工方法,包括以下施工步骤:1)施工准备;2)施工测量;3)钢架焊接或绑轧;4)预埋件安装;5)衬砌台车精确就位;6)砼浇筑;7)砼结养护;其中,施工准备时需要选择模班及支撑,钢架焊接或绑轧时,需要进行钢筋制作安装,在砼浇筑时需要进行灌浆处理;灌浆处理包括回填灌浆,固结灌浆;该方法能够有效的对涉及围岩多为Ⅲ、Ⅳ类,小部份为Ⅴ类的地质环境下的水电站引水洞进行挖掘施工,提高该几类围岩在施工过程中的安全性,减少施工隐患,保证了施工质量和工期。
