The invention provides a flue structure suitable for waste incineration boilers with different heat values. The flue structure sequentially comprises an area 1, an area 2 and an area 3 from top to bottom. The area 1, the area 2 and the area 3 are independently formed by laying SiC-Si3N4 refractory bricks; the SiC-Si3N4 refractory brick is characterized in that the SiC-Si3N4 refractory brick is prepared from a SiC-Si3N4 type refractory material; the SiC-Si3N4 type refractory material is selected from one or more of a SiC50 type refractory material, a SiC65 type refractory material and a SiC75 type refractory material. Compared with the prior art, in order to solve the problems of overtemperature of a subsequent heating surface, pipe explosion and the like caused by single component and arrangement method of a flue refractory material at present, the component design and arrangement method of the refractory material aiming at different garbage heat values are adopted, and different SiC-Si3N4 type refractory materials are selected, so that the environmental protection index is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the energy consumption is reduced. A flue radiation heating surface is fully utilized, so that the boiler investment is reduced; the flue structure suitable for the waste incineration boilers with different heat values is obtained, the smoke temperature of an inlet of a subsequent heating surface does not exceed a limit value, and long-period stable and safe operation of the boilers is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种适用于不同热值垃圾焚烧锅炉一烟道结构,自上而下依次包括区域1、区域2和区域3;所述区域1、区域2和区域3独立地由SiC‑Si3N4耐火砖铺设而成;所述SiC‑Si3N4耐火砖由SiC‑Si3N4型耐火材料制备而成;所述SiC‑Si3N4型耐火材料选自SiC50型耐火材料、SiC65型耐火材料和SiC75型耐火材料中的一种或多种。与现有技术相比,本发明针对目前一烟道耐火材料成分及布置方法单一导致的后续受热面超温、爆管等问题,采取针对不同垃圾热值进行耐火材料成分设计及其布置方法,通过选用不同SiC‑Si3N4型耐火材料,保障环保指标的同时,充分利用一烟道辐射受热面,降低锅炉投资;获得的适用于不同热值垃圾焚烧锅炉一烟道结构,实现后续受热面入口烟温不超过限值,保证锅炉长周期稳定安全运行。
