The geomembrane mechanical paving and welding integrated operation equipment comprises a crawler belt structure, a bottom plate and side plates, a membrane rolling shaft is arranged on the bottom plate through a fixing framework, a rolling shaft conveying structure is arranged at the front end of the membrane rolling shaft, and the two ends of the rolling shaft conveying structure are installed on the side plates and arranged in the middles of the side plates; a rolling shaft conveying structure is arranged at the front end of the side plate, a hot melting welding machine is arranged at the front end of the rolling shaft conveying structure, one end of a geomembrane on the membrane rolling wheel penetrates through the middle of the rolling shaft conveying structure and is in lap joint with the hot melting welding machine from the inner side of the hot melting welding machine, and a membrane pressing structure is arranged at the front end of the side plate. The geomembrane laid on the ground is in lap joint with the sweat soldering machine from the outer side through the geomembrane guide plate and is welded to the geomembrane penetrating through the middle of the rolling shaft conveying structure. According to the method, the interval time of all working procedures is remarkably shortened, the construction efficiency is improved, and the problem that under the condition of long working procedure interval time, the geomembrane is wrinkled due to changes of adverse factors such as temperature, humidity, underground water evaporation and man-made disturbance is solved.
本发明公开了一种土工膜机械摊铺焊接一体化作业设备及方法,包括履带结构、底板和侧板,底板上通过固定骨架设有卷膜轴,卷膜轴前端设有滚轴传输结构,滚轴传输结构两端安装在侧板上设置在侧板中部,滚轴传输结构的前端设有热熔焊接机,卷膜轮上土工膜的一端从滚轴传输结构中间穿过,从热熔焊接机的内侧搭接在热熔焊接机上,侧板前端设置有压膜结构,底板下方设有土工膜导板,铺设在地面上的土工膜从外侧经土工膜导板搭接在热熔焊接机上与从滚轴传输结构中间穿过的土工膜进行焊接。本发明显著缩短各工序间隔时间,不仅提高了施工效率,而且避免了长工序间隔时间情况下,温度、湿度、地下水蒸发、人为扰动等不利因素变化导致的土工膜褶皱问题。
