The invention discloses an artificial quartz stone plate for decorating a wall surface as well as a preparation method and application of the artificial quartz stone plate. The artificial quartz stone plate comprises a plate layer and a pattern layer which are laminated together, wherein the plate layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of quartz sand, 0.01-25 parts of nano silicon dioxide and 3-25 parts of a flatting agent; 0.003 to 1.25 parts of a plasticizer and 0.01 to 3 parts of an antioxidant; the flatting agent is an organic fluorine water-based flatting agent or a polyether modified polysiloxane water-based flatting agent; and the antioxidant is tetrakis (beta-(3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid) pentaerythritol ester, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, and beta-(3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) octadecyl propionate. In this way, the hardness, strength, compactness, smoothness, impermeability and toughness of the quartzite plate can be improved.
