Environment-friendly premixed concrete prepared from construction waste
The invention provides environment-friendly premixed concrete prepared from construction waste. The environment-friendly premixed concrete is prepared from the following raw material components: 150-200 parts of cement; 150 to 190 parts of nickel sand stone powder; 350 to 450 parts of recycled fine aggregate; 200 to 300 parts of recycled coarse aggregate; 50 to 60 parts of fly ash; 11 to 20 parts of reinforcing fiber; 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent; and 170 to 200 parts of water. The nickel sand and stone powder prepared from the nickel slag is used as a raw material, so that the microstructure of the concrete becomes compact, the microcosmic pore structure of the concrete is further improved, the porosity is reduced, and the anti-permeability and freeze-thaw resistance of the concrete are improved; and a disordered supporting system is formed in the concrete through the reinforced fibers, so that the anti-permeability and freeze-thaw resistance of the recycled concrete are effectively improved.
本发明提供了一种利用建筑垃圾制备的环保型预拌混凝土,所述预拌混凝土的原料包括如下组分:水泥150‑200份;镍砂石粉末150‑190份;再生细骨料350‑450份;再生粗骨料200‑300份;粉煤灰50‑60份;增强纤维11‑20份;减水剂1‑3份;水170‑200份。利用镍渣制得的镍砂石粉末作为原料,使得混凝土的微观结构变得较为致密,进一步改善混凝土的微观孔结构,降低孔隙率,提高了混凝土的抗渗性能和抗冻融性能;通过增强纤维在混凝土内部形成一种乱向支撑体系,有效提高再生混凝土的抗渗和抗冻融性能。
