The invention provides an early-strength cement-based grouting material. The early-strength cement-based grouting material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of water, 25-40 parts of P.042.5 cement, 38-53 parts of mineral powder, 1-10 parts of fly ash, 4-8 parts of natural gypsum powder, 4-8 parts of slaked lime, 3-6 parts of solid sodium silicate and 2-6 parts of salty mud. According to the early-strength cement-based grouting material, mineral powder, coal ash, natural gypsum powder, solid sodium silicate, salty mud and other admixtures are added, an alkaline environment is provided for cement hydration of the cement-based grouting material, and therefore the early strength of cement soil around a pile body is improved.
