Functional early strength cement-based grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of special cement-based building materials, and discloses a functional early-strength cement-based grouting material, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 70 to 85 parts of superfine special cement, 10 to 25 parts of mineral admixture, 90 to 105 parts of superfine tailing sand, 0.8 to 1.5 parts of water reducing agent, 0.3 to 0.6 part of rheological additive, 1.0 to 1.6 parts of reinforcing agent, 0.1 to 0.6 part of seepage-proofing agent and 0.2 to 0.7 part of corrosion inhibitor. The components are uniformly mixed, then water is added according to the water-material ratio of 0.26-0.28, stirring is performed to form uniform slurry, and grouting construction can be performed. The obtained cement-based grouting material has the characteristics of high groutability, micro-expansion, early strength, high strength, permeability resistance, rust resistance and the like, is suitable for grouting construction of various gaps and pore channels, consumes solid waste, belongs to an environment-friendly building material, and has wide popularization and application prospects.
