The fireproof insulation board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: cement, stone powder, fly ash, an adhesive, a modified polyphenyl granule foaming material and water, the preparation method of the modified polyphenyl granule foaming material comprises the following steps: preparing the polyphenyl granule foaming material, spraying a binder on the surface of the polyphenyl granule foaming material, then adding the composite fiber into the polyphenyl granule foaming material, and stirring to obtain a load material; spraying silica sol on the surface of the load material, adding a multi-closed-cell filler to the surface of the load material, and drying to obtain a modified polyphenyl particle foaming material; the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring the cement, the stone powder, the fly ash, the adhesive and the water to prepare a primary mixture; adding the modified polyphenyl particle foaming material into the mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain the mixture; and pouring the mixture into a mold, and sequentially carrying out pressure forming and curing to obtain a finished product. Therefore, the heat insulation board has good fireproof performance and good heat insulation effect at the same time.
