Polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete and a preparation method thereof. The polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, river sand, gravel, a water reducing agent, fly ash, polypropylene fiber and water. Wherein the polypropylene fibers are pretreated by using a surfactant in advance. The polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete provided by the invention can improve the typical brittleness characteristic of a concrete material, has relatively high strength, deformation resistance and high toughness, and can solve the serious safety problem of a concrete structure exposed due to insufficient toughness to a certain extent; and the service life of an engineering structure with insufficient toughness can be effectively prolonged.
本公开涉及一种聚丙烯纤维增强混凝土及其制备方法,所述聚丙烯增强纤维混凝土的制备原料包括水泥、河砂、碎石、减水剂、粉煤灰、聚丙烯纤维和水;其中,所述聚丙烯纤维预先利用表面活性剂进行预处理。本公开提供的聚丙烯纤维增强混凝土能够改善混凝土材料典型的脆性特征,具有较高的强度、抗变形能力和高韧性性能,一定程度上可解决混凝土结构由于韧性不足而暴露出的严重安全性问题,可有效提高韧性不足的工程结构的服役寿命。
