Basalt fiber reinforced polypropylene pipeline and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of plastic pipelines, and particularly discloses a basalt fiber reinforced polypropylene pipeline which sequentially comprises an inner layer, a middle reinforcing layer and an outer layer, the inner layer and the outer layer are PP-R resin layers, and the basalt fiber reinforced polypropylene pipeline is characterized in that the middle reinforcing layer is a basalt fiber reinforced PP-R composite material, and the outer layer is a PP-R resin layer. Wherein the PP-R composite material is prepared by compounding 100 parts of PP-R resin, 10-30 parts of modified basalt fibers, 1-5 parts of a compatilizer, 0.1-3 parts of an initiator and 0.1-3 parts of an antioxidant, and the modified basalt fibers are obtained by etching basalt fibers and then modifying the basalt fibers with a maleic anhydride-silane coupling agent copolymer. The invention relates to a preparation method of a basalt fiber reinforced polypropylene pipeline. The basalt fiber reinforced polypropylene pipeline is obtained by melting and extruding a PP-R composite material and PP-R materials on the inner layer and the outer layer of the pipeline through a three-layer extruder. The scheme is used for solving the problems that an existing pipeline is poor in low temperature resistance, and pits and protrusions exist on the inner wall of the pipeline.
