The construction method comprises the following construction steps: assembling and manufacturing each upper tower column vertical unit section in an assembling site, hoisting and assembling a first steel pipe, hoisting and assembling the first upper tower column vertical unit section, and performing construction of first concrete pouring; and hoisting and assembling the steel pipes from the second path to the Nth path, hoisting and assembling the vertical unit sections of the upper tower column, and performing concrete pouring construction until the construction operation of the special-shaped steel ladle concrete upper tower column is completed.
