The reinforced concrete tower column comprises a bridge tower base, a tower body and a tower tip; the method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, preparing equipment; s2, a main tower steel structure is hoisted; and S3, after the steel structure is hoisted every 6-9 m, the inner formwork is installed, civil construction is conducted once, and cross operation circulation is formed till top sealing is achieved. The concrete tower column steel formwork and the main tower steel structure are combined, the stiffening steel plates are fully utilized, the stiffening steel plates and the transverse partition plate embedded parts jointly form the outer formwork for pouring concrete, and manufacturing and mounting of the outer formwork in the hydraulic creeping formwork construction technology are reduced.
