The invention provides a construction method for avoiding tensioning cracking of a precast beam end, which comprises the following steps: mounting a lifting adjusting mechanism at the bottom end of an end pedestal, arranging the end pedestal at intervals, and mounting the end pedestal on the lower surface of a profile steel pedestal; a pouring mold is installed at the top end of the profile steel pedestal, pouring, forming, mold removal and maintenance work of the precast beam are conducted, and the untensioned precast beam is manufactured; the height of the end pedestal is reduced through a lifting adjusting mechanism, and a sliding plate support with the surface coated with silicone oil is arranged between the upper surface of the end pedestal and the profile steel pedestal; the height of the end pedestal is increased through the lifting adjusting mechanism, so that the lower surface of the profile steel pedestal is attached to the upper surface of the sliding plate support; and the manufactured precast beam is tensioned through a tensioning jack, and a precast beam product is obtained. Stress concentration of the ends of the two sides of the precast beam can be prevented, and therefore the beam end cracking problem is reduced.
本发明提出一种用于避免预制梁端头张拉开裂的施工方法,包括以下步骤:将升降调节机构安装于端头台座的底端,将端头台座间隔排列、并安装在型钢台座的下表面;在型钢台座的顶端安装浇筑模,再进行预制梁的浇筑、成型、拆模以及养护工作,制得未张拉预制梁;通过升降调节机构降低端头台座的高度,并在所述端头台座的上表面与所述型钢台座之间置入表面涂抹硅子油的滑板支座;通过升降调节机构提高端头台座的高度,以使型钢台座下表面与滑板支座上表面贴合;通过张拉千斤顶对制得的预制梁进行张拉,得到预制梁产品。本发明能够防止预制梁两侧端头应力集中,从而减少梁端开裂的问题。
