The invention discloses an assembly type ground fixing piece slope protection and cushion layer structure and a laying method thereof. The slope protection structure is composed of waterproof geotechnical cloth, ground fixing pieces, hanging piece nails, a base conical soil body and a water drainage pipe. The slope protection structures are divided into three types, one type is a single-layer slope protection structure in which the maximum plane of the ground fixing piece is pressed and laid on the slope surface and the platform; the second type is a slope protection structure or a pier type retaining wall structure which is built into a multi-layer wall body along a slope surface and a platform by ground fixing pieces; according to the third type, a single-layer or multi-layer wall body is built by the ground fixing pieces along the slope surface and the platform, and a layer of ecological ground fixing piece slope protection structure is arranged on the outer side of the wall body; the ground fixing pieces are assembled into a cushion layer structure and flatly laid on a foundation rock soil layer, the stratum is closed, and conditions are provided for bottom plate construction; the base cone-shaped body is a protruding cone-shaped soil body which is formed on the contact face of the ground fixing piece and foundation soil by pressurizing the ground fixing piece. According to the invention, upgrading and innovation of the geobag are realized, the application and the action capability of the geobag are expanded, and an assembly type component and a method are provided for rapid slope support.
