The invention discloses an assembly type miniature pile foundation joist anchor cable retaining wall which comprises miniature piles, an assembly type joist, an assembly type retaining wall and pre-stressed anchor cables, the miniature piles are linearly distributed, each miniature pile comprises a plurality of steel floral tubes, the steel floral tubes are distributed in a matrix mode, the assembly type joist is composed of a plurality of joist assembly units, the assembly type retaining wall is composed of a plurality of retaining wall units, and the pre-stressed anchor cables are arranged on the joist assembly units. Anchor cable tensioning channels which are arranged in an inclined mode are reserved in the retaining wall units, and strand penetrating channels are reserved in the two sides of the retaining wall units. The invention further discloses a construction method of the assembly type pile foundation joist retaining wall. The construction method comprises the steps of steel floral tube machining, drilling, binding and fixing of the centering steel bars and the primary grouting pipes, grouting, joist assembly, assembly type retaining wall assembly and the like. The construction efficiency of the pile foundation joist retaining wall can be greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, and remarkable economic value is achieved; the steel floral tubes are arranged in a square mode to form a micro pile cluster, the quantity of the steel floral tubes is reduced, and meanwhile the bearing capacity of a pile foundation can be improved.
