The invention belongs to the field of constructional engineering, and particularly relates to a modular turnover construction process for concrete slab pouring construction, which comprises the following steps of: 1, sequentially building and splicing an adjustable base, a vertical rod, a horizontal rod, an inclined rod and an early-dismantling head according to construction specifications to form stable unit frame bodies, and arranging the unit frame bodies at equal intervals; secondly, a main keel, a secondary keel and a formwork are sequentially placed on the early-dismantling head; thirdly, a cast-in-place concrete plate is poured, and the cast-in-place concrete plate is maintained according to the building specification requirement; fourthly, when the structural strength of the cast-in-place concrete slab reaches 45%-55% of the designed compressive strength standard value of the concrete cube, the supporting height of the early-dismantling head is adjusted, the height of the main keel, the height of the auxiliary keel and the height of the formwork are reduced, and then the main keel, the auxiliary keel and the formwork are dismantled; and fifthly, the disassembled main keels, the disassembled auxiliary keels and the disassembled formworks are turned over by repeating the first step to the fourth step.
