An air inlet channel is formed in the side, close to the plate groove, of the parking plate, a second one-way valve is arranged in the air inlet channel, one end of the air inlet channel is connected with an air storage chamber, one end of the air storage chamber is connected with an air outlet channel, an electromagnetic valve is arranged in the air outlet channel, and one end of the air outlet channel communicates with the connecting cavity. The problem that in the prior art, a parking lot ground lock is not put down in time, and a vehicle is easily scratched is solved.
