The invention discloses novel waterproof heat-insulation cement cloth which comprises base cloth, the front face and the back face of the base cloth are each coated with a waterproof coating, and raw materials of the waterproof coatings comprise acrylic resin and cement. The novel waterproof heat-insulating cement cloth provided by the invention is simple in preparation process and relatively low in production cost, and the acrylic resin in the raw materials of the coating can be used as a connecting bridge of cement and base cloth to play a role in bridging and bonding, so that the anti-cracking performance of the cement cloth is enhanced, and the waterproof effect is ensured; the waterproof material can be applied to mulch film, wall/roof waterproofing, water conservancy project waterproofing, irrigation channels, fish culture ponds, water storage bags, field travel products and the like, and particularly has the advantages of convenience in construction, water pressure resistance, sun resistance, freezing resistance, aging resistance, light weight and the like when being used as a building material.
