The invention discloses a light-weight insulating brick and a preparation method thereof, the light-weight insulating brick comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-35% of shale, 4-7% of vermiculite powder, 5-10% of alkaline slag, 15-25% of fly ash, 25-30% of kaolin, 3-10% of floating beads, 5-15% of sinking beads, coal gangue and carbon powder; the coal gangue and the carbon powder are added, so that solid wastes can be fully utilized, the perforated brick can meet various performance requirements of bricks in the building industry, and meanwhile, the effect of saving resources can be achieved; on the other hand, the hole ratio of the porous brick can be increased, so that holes of the light brick are uniformly distributed, and the heat insulation performance is improved; by adding the silicon oxide micropowder (silica fume) and the modified diatomite, the strength of the light brick can be further improved, the density of the brick body can be reduced, the weight of the insulating brick can be reduced under the same volume, and by changing the mass ratio of the floating beads to the sinking beads, the density of the insulating brick can be further adjusted, and the weight of the insulating brick can be further reduced.
本发明公开了轻质保温砖及其制备方法,包括以下质量百分比含量组分页岩15‑35、蛭石粉4‑7、碱性矿渣5‑10、粉煤灰15‑25、高岭土25‑30、漂珠3‑10和沉珠5‑15,还包括煤矸石和碳粉;本发明通过加入煤矸石和碳粉能够充分利用固体废弃物,不仅能够保证多孔砖符合建筑行业中砖的各项性能要求,同时也能够起到节约资源的作用;另一方面,能够增加多孔砖的孔洞率,使得轻质砖的孔洞分布均匀,提高了隔热性能;通过加入氧化硅微粉(硅灰)和改性硅藻土,不仅能够进一步提高轻质砖的强度,还能够让砖体的密度变小,在同样体积下,能够降低保温砖的重量,通过改变漂珠和沉珠的质量比,能够进一步调节保温砖的密度,能够进一步减轻保温砖的重量。
