The invention discloses a novel process for integrally prefabricating and hoisting an inverted V-shaped frame of a deepwater jacket, which comprises the following steps of: S1, placing a plurality of cushion piers on the land, and measuring and leveling; s2, bottom horizontal pieces are laid on the leveled cushion piers, and then the bottom horizontal pieces and the cushion piers are fixed; s3, herringbone frames are fixedly installed on the two sides of the fixed bottom horizontal piece correspondingly; s4, a fixed connecting pipe is installed between the inverted-Y-shaped frames; and S5, overall hoisting is conducted on the structure. The high-altitude welding work of the herringbone frame and the bottom horizontal piece is transferred to the ground, the high-altitude hoisting frequency is reduced, the construction difficulty is lowered, the construction risk is lowered, the construction period is shortened, and the construction technology is connected with international jacket design and construction rails, so that the overseas market competitiveness is improved.
