Mould-stripping-free metal concrete foundation
The invention discloses a formwork-removal-free metal concrete foundation which comprises two formworks arranged face to face in parallel, a connecting piece used for connecting the two formworks and a plurality of steel bars arranged between the two formworks, and concrete is poured and filled between the two formworks with the steel bars. The connecting piece further comprises a horizontally-arranged base plate, two vertically-arranged first clamping plates and two vertically-arranged second clamping plates, the two first clamping plates are located at the two ends of the base plate respectively, and therefore a clamping area for a template to be inserted is formed between the first clamping plates and the second clamping plates which are arranged in a face-to-face mode. A vertically-arranged supporting plate is further arranged between the two second clamping plates, and at least two mounting through holes for steel bars to penetrate through are formed in the supporting plate at intervals. The construction method has good strength and quality, the formwork does not need to be dismantled, steel bars do not need to be bound, and the experience requirement for constructors is lowered while the construction efficiency and precision are improved.
