The invention relates to a mould-stripping-free concrete beam and a construction method thereof. The mould-stripping-free concrete beam comprises prefabricated concrete splicing blocks, a steel bar cage, cast-in-place concrete, a connecting element and horizontal positioning elements, wherein a hole is formed in each prefabricated concrete splicing block, and the prefabricated concrete splicing blocks and positioning screw bolts are fixed through the horizontal positioning elements and are connected into a whole. Other connecting steel bars and the steel bar cage in the mould-stripping-free concrete beam are welded on the connecting element. The construction method for manufacturing the mould-stripping-free concrete beam comprises the following steps that (1) the steel bar of the mould-stripping-free concrete beam is bound, the steel bar cage and the other connecting steel bars are welded on the connecting element, and the prefabricated concrete splicing blocks are spliced and assembled; (2) the horizontal positioning elements are arranged at the inner side and the outer side of the mould-stripping-free concrete beam, and in addition, the positioning screw bolts are tightly screwed, so that a plurality of splicing blocks are connected into a whole; (3) concrete is cast, after the concrete reaches certain strength, the horizontal positioning element at the outer side is dismounted and removed, and finally, the mould-stripping-free concrete beam is formed.
