The invention discloses a real-time monitoring device, system and method for controllable grouting reinforcement of an existing building. The monitoring device comprises a host, a multi-path electrode converter, an electrode system and a computer. The method has the beneficial effects that the high-density electrical geophysical prospecting method is utilized, different media have different electrical resistivity, and the electrical resistivity of a grouted stratum is generally improved and tends to be uniform, so that the area of a grouting slurry distribution region and the apparent resistivity of a grouted soil body can be seen in a high-density electrical result map; and the system can be used for analyzing the pixel ratio, outputting a speed adjusting signal to the grouting pump, adjusting the power of the grouting pump, improving the output or outputting a ratio adjusting signal to the grouting pump, and changing the reinforcing speed of the building by adjusting the solidification speed of the grouting liquid.
本发明公开了一种既有建筑物可控注浆加固实时监控装置、系统及方法,监看装置包括主机、多路电极转换器、电极系统、计算机。本发明的有益效果是:利用高密度电法物探方法,由于不同介质拥有不用的电阻率,并且注浆后地层的电阻率普遍提高且趋于均匀,高密度电法成果图可看出注浆浆液分布区域面积以及注浆后土体视阻率大小,进而可有针对性的进行注浆加固,并能够利用系统分析像素比,向注浆泵输出速度调节信号,调节注浆泵的功率,提高输出,或者向注浆泵输出配比调节信号,通过调节注浆液的凝固速度改变建筑物的加固速度。
