The invention relates to the technical field of building foundation reinforcement, and provides a monitorable automatic grouting method and system for an existing building, and the method comprises the steps that the lifting amount of the existing building and/or the compactness of an underground slurry-soil combination body are/is monitored, and monitoring data are formed; analyzing the monitoring data, and forming a grouting control instruction according to an analysis result; according to the grouting control instruction, automatically weighing and stirring according to a preset slurry ratio to form grouting slurry; the stirred grouting slurry is injected into the foundation of the existing building according to the grouting control instruction; and after grouting, the lifting amount of the existing building and/or the compactness of the underground slurry-soil combination are/is monitored, and when the lifting amount and the compactness are qualified, grouting is completed. The problems that in an existing grouting technology, the grouting pressure, the grouting speed, the grouting time and the like are mainly judged according to experiences of technicians, the compactness of a slurry-soil combination cannot be monitored in real time, and the lifting degree of an existing building needs to be measured independently and cannot be lifted cooperatively in real time can be solved.
