The invention discloses a hollow aerated concrete slab with reinforcing columns, which comprises a base plate, a closed cavity is formed in the base plate, and a plurality of reinforcing columns are formed in the cavity; organic heat preservation layers and organic waterproof layers are formed on the inner walls of the cavities and the outer walls of the reinforcing columns; meanwhile, the invention further provides a processing method of the hollow aerated concrete slab with the reinforcing columns. According to the autoclaved aerated concrete slab, the structural form of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab is changed, a closed cavity is formed after the organic heat preservation board in the concrete slab is subjected to hot melting, air convection is effectively reduced, and the sound insulation effect and the heat preservation effect of the concrete slab are improved; and the hot-melted organic matters are perfectly attached to the surfaces of the cavities, so that the thermal insulation performance of the wallboard is further improved.
