Three-layer single-column assembly type elevated station
The invention discloses a three-layer single-column assembly type elevated station. An existing combined single-column elevated station prefabricated part is difficult to connect in a joint area, large in shear deformation and not ideal in energy dissipation capacity and shock resistance. A station hall layer column is connected to the middle position above a station hall layer cantilever cover beam through a steel flange, and the station hall layer column supports the station hall layer cantilever cover beam; the station hall layer cantilever cover beam and the platform layer cantilever cover beam are each of a two-section prefabricated structure and are connected through high-strength steel fiber concrete, joint X-shaped ribs are arranged at the connecting joints, shear keys are embedded in the joint X-shaped ribs, and the unoccupied parts are filled with grouting materials. Prestressed hollow slab beams are laid on the cantilever parts on the two sides of the cantilever bent cap, and concrete layers are poured. A prefabricated assembly type structure is adopted, and the construction period is shortened; the cantilever cover beam and the column connecting joint are connected through cast-in-place concrete, X-shaped ribs are arranged in a core area, the joint damage form is improved, and the joint shock resistance is improved.
本发明公开了一种三层独柱装配式高架车站。现有组合独柱高架车站预制构件在节点区域连接困难,剪切变形较大,耗能能力和抗震能力不理想。本发明站厅层悬臂盖梁上方中间位置处,通过钢法兰连接有站厅层柱,站厅层柱支撑站台层悬臂盖梁;站厅层悬臂盖梁和站台层悬臂盖梁均为两段预制式结构,并通过高强钢纤维混凝土连接,连接节点处设置有节点X形筋,并预埋剪力键,空余部分填充有灌浆料;悬臂盖梁两边悬挑部分铺设预应力空心板梁,并浇注混凝土层。本发明采用预制装配式结构,工期缩短;悬臂盖梁和柱连接节点处通过现浇混凝土连接,在核心区配置X形筋,改善节点破坏形式,提高节点抗震能力。
