The magnesium aluminate spinel-calcium dialuminate lightweight thermal insulation material has the characteristics of high phosphate tailing reutilization rate, high additional value, low production cost and simple process, and the prepared magnesium aluminate spinel-calcium dialuminate lightweight thermal insulation material based on phosphate tailings has the advantages of high compression strength, high porosity, low volume density, low heat conductivity coefficient and strong alkali erosion resistance.
一种基于磷尾矿的镁铝尖晶石‑二铝酸钙轻质隔热材料及其制备方法。其技术方案是:以70~90wt%的磷尾矿和10~30wt%的氧化铝粉为原料,混匀,外加0~30wt%的造孔剂和4~32wt%的水,搅拌,困料,成型,自然干燥,烘干,即得坯料。将坯料以4~6℃/min的速率从室温升温至360~400℃,再以2~4℃/min的速率升温至670~750℃,然后以10~12℃/min的速率升温至1000~1400℃,保温2~8h,随炉冷却,制得基于磷尾矿的镁铝尖晶石‑二铝酸钙轻质隔热材料。本发明具有磷尾矿再利用率高、附加值高、生产成本低和工艺简单的特点,制备的基于磷尾矿的镁铝尖晶石‑二铝酸钙轻质隔热材料耐压强度高、气孔率高、体积密度低、导热系数低和抗碱侵蚀能力强。
