The invention discloses a ceramic tile rapid paving device and method.The device comprises an adjustable supporting assembly (5), a balance assembly and a paving base layer, one end of the adjustable supporting assembly (5) is arranged on the ground (6), the other end of the adjustable supporting assembly (5) is connected with the balance assembly, the balance assembly is connected with the paving base layer, and ceramic tiles (1) are arranged on the paving base layer through slurry; and different positions of the ground (6) are leveled to the same elevation through the adjustable supporting assembly (5) and the balancing assembly. Compared with a traditional ceramic tile bonding method, the wet operation step is omitted, the construction operation environment is improved, the ground (6) is erected through the adjustable supporting assembly (5) and the balance assembly, the construction time is greatly shortened, and the flatness of the ground (6) is effectively guaranteed.
