The invention discloses a method for improving microbial corrosion resistance of a concrete sewage pipeline. The method comprises the following steps: drying egg shells and then preparing into powder; mixing egg shell powder, a copper salt solution and a cationic surfactant, centrifuging to obtain a solid substance, drying and grinding to obtain modified egg shell powder; fly ash, the modified egg shell powder, sand and an alkali activator are mixed to form a hydraulic polymer cementing material, and the concrete test piece doped with the modified egg shell powder is prepared after curing. Compared with a traditional bactericide doped with metal oxide, the antibacterial substance with the egg shell powder as the carrier can be uniformly distributed in the geopolymer concrete test piece, and the doping amount of the metal bactericide in the test piece can be increased on the premise that the mechanical property of the test piece is not reduced. The test piece doped with the bactericide can effectively inhibit the growth and reproduction of harmful bacteria such as sulfate reducing bacteria and sulfur oxidizing bacteria in a sewage system, so that the generation of biological sulfuric acid is reduced, and the durability of a sewage pipeline is improved.
