The invention relates to the field of solid waste comprehensive utilization and building materials, in particular to a multi-solid-waste synergistic stable coal gangue base material and a preparation method thereof. The multi-solid-waste synergistically stabilized coal gangue base material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 18 to 40 parts of composite cementing material, 60 to 82 parts of coal gangue aggregate and 8 to 13.2 parts of water, wherein the composite cementing material comprises carbide slag and fly ash, and the mass ratio of the carbide slag to the fly ash is (1: 2)-(1: 4). The multi-solid-waste synergistically stabilized coal gangue base material provided by the invention not only can consume a large amount of various industrial solid wastes, turn waste into wealth and realize multi-solid-waste resource utilization, but also can ensure the bearing capacity and the overall stability of a pavement structure and prolong the service life of the pavement in corresponding countries; meanwhile, resources are saved, and the method is economical and environmentally friendly and has remarkable economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits.
本发明涉及固废综合利用和建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种多固废协同稳定煤矸石基层材料及其制备方法。所述多固废协同稳定煤矸石基层材料包括按照质量份计的以下原料:复合胶凝材料18~40份,煤矸石集料60~82份和水8~13.2份;其中,所述复合胶凝材料包括电石渣和粉煤灰,所述电石渣与所述粉煤灰的质量比为1:2~1:4。本发明提供的多固废协同稳定煤矸石基层材料不仅能够大量消耗多种工业固体废弃物,变废为宝,实现多固废资源化利用,相应国家而且能够保证路面结构承载能力和整体稳定性,提升路面使用寿命;同时也节约资源,经济环保,具有显著的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
