The embodiment of the invention discloses a straddle type monorail steel-concrete track beam bridge floor pouring formwork and a bridge floor pouring method.The formwork is composed of formwork vertical belts, side formworks, linear strips, vertical adjusting bolts, upper and lower rib plates, fixing plates, split bolts, transverse adjusting bolts, lower adjusting bolts and the like. A rib plate arranged at the top of a template vertical belt is adopted as a counter-force seat, an adjusting bolt and a base plate act on an opposite-pull screw rod, and a long round hole in a side template is matched, so that the side template is kept fixed when a linear strip is adjusted, and the linear strip is released to deform through a groove in the middle of the linear strip; and the vertical surface line shape of the top surface of the track beam can be adapted through the vertical adjusting bolt. The problems that a bridge deck concrete part requires high manufacturing precision, and the line shape of a beam body is difficult to control are solved.
本发明实施例公开了一种跨座式单轨钢‑混轨道梁桥面浇筑模板及桥面浇筑方法,该模板由模板竖带、侧模板、线形条、竖向调整螺栓、上下肋板、固定板、对拉螺栓、横向调整螺栓、下调整螺栓等几部分组成,其通过采用简单易行的组装方式,采用模板竖带顶部设置的肋板作为反力座,通过调整螺栓和垫板作用在对拉螺杆上,配合侧模板上的长圆孔使得调整线形条时侧模板保持固定,线形条通过其中间的凹槽释放变形,使得其可通过竖向调整螺栓来适应轨道梁顶面的立面线形。解决了桥面混凝土部分要求较高制造精度、梁体线形难以控制的问题。
