The invention discloses a road cone collecting and releasing mechanism which comprises a machine base, a material storage table, a first driving device and a material taking base. The material storage table is arranged on the machine base, and a plurality of material placing positions are arranged on the material storage table; the first driving device is connected with the material storage table, and the first driving device can drive the material storage table to rotate relative to the machine base; the machine base is provided with a material taking position, and the multiple material placing positions can rotate to the material taking position. The material taking base is arranged on the machine base, a material taking assembly is arranged on the material taking base, and the material taking assembly can drive the road cones to move to be close to or away from the material taking position. The multiple discharging positions on the machine base can be used for storing the road cones, and the road cones on all the discharging positions can be processed, so that the number of the road cones processed in one-time operation can be greatly increased, and then the efficiency of collecting and placing the road cones is effectively improved.
