The equipment comprises a feeding mechanism, a crushing mechanism, a gear motor and a deslagging mechanism, the inlet end of the feeding mechanism is connected with a water outlet of a kitchen sink, the crushing mechanism is obliquely installed below the feeding mechanism, the outlet end of the feeding mechanism is connected with a top surface pipeline of a lower section of the crushing mechanism, and the gear motor is connected with the deslagging mechanism. A material crushing mechanism is arranged on the machine frame, a speed reducing motor is arranged on one side of the material crushing mechanism, an output shaft of the speed reducing motor is in power connection with the material crushing mechanism through a transmission belt, and the lower portion of the material crushing mechanism is connected with a pipeline of the slag discharging mechanism. The automatic flushing and discharging cutter head is combined with a reciprocating cutter head, automatic and instant flushing and discharging are achieved, blockage is avoided, slag discharging is smoother, an overload protection spring and a spline connection structure of a first transmission shaft and a hollow connecting column are arranged for dual protection, an electricity and water split type structure is adopted, electricity utilization is safe, a cutting edge is of a detachable and replaceable structure on the cutter head, noise is low, and vibration is small.
