The invention provides a fluoride-free liquid alkali-free accelerator as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The fluoride-free liquid alkali-free accelerator comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 450-600 parts of aluminum sulfate, 5-20 parts of a stabilizer, 25-150 parts of an organic complexing activator, 20-100 parts of alcohol amine, 0-10 parts of organic alcohol, 10-75 parts of an early strength agent, 0-10 parts of a neutralizer and deionized water. Wherein the organic complexing exciting agent is a high-molecular multipolymer which is obtained by carrying out redox initiation polymerization on unsaturated amide, unsaturated silane and unsaturated sulfonic acid monomers. The liquid alkali-free accelerator provided by the invention has the characteristic of rapid development of compressive strength in 6h and 1d, has the characteristics of no fluorine and chlorine, good stability, low mixing amount, fast coagulation, high later strength retention rate and the like, and can be widely applied to engineering construction such as railway tunnel and mine roadway support, repair and reinforcement, water prevention and leakage stoppage and the like.
