The invention provides a fluoride-free alkali-free liquid accelerator as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The fluorine-free alkali-free liquid accelerator comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of aluminum sulfate, 1-5 parts of amorphous aluminum hydroxide, 1-3 parts of nano ferric hydroxide, 5-9 parts of alcohol amine, 0.1-0.4 part of a stabilizer and 40-45 parts of deionized water. Nano ferric hydroxide is introduced, on one hand, the nano ferric hydroxide is used as an alkaline agent to further promote polymerization of aluminum sulfate to increase the stability of a system, and on the other hand, high-activity iron ions are introduced to promote generation of ferrum-containing ettringite, and meanwhile, crystal nucleus sites are provided for hydration products such as ettringite, the coagulation time is shortened, and the early strength is promoted. After the accelerator is mixed with cement, the 1d compressive strength is greater than 16.0 MPa, the 28d compressive strength ratio is greater than 110%, and the 90d compressive strength retention rate is greater than 100%.
