Impurities in waste concrete are rapidly removed, materials are cleaner through preliminary washing, building waste such as plastic and wood is conveniently removed, the overall effect of later smashing is improved by controlling the drying time after washing, and therefore the overall screening efficiency is improved, meanwhile, obtained aggregate is finer, and the screening effect is better. The coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate are separated from each other, then the coarse aggregate is pulverized, more fine aggregate can be effectively obtained, and the overall pulverizing effect of the ball mill can be improved by controlling the pulverizing time and the heat treatment time of the ball mill.
