The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and provides foam concrete containing construction waste regenerated micro powder and a preparation method of the foam concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing cement, fly ash, construction waste regenerated micro powder and a foam stabilizer to obtain a premixed material; s2, mixing water, a water reducing agent and the premix to obtain matrix slurry; and S3, mixing the foaming water and the matrix slurry, and sequentially carrying out standing forming and maintenance to obtain the foam concrete containing the construction waste regenerated micro powder. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple, does not need large equipment and complex processes, and is low in cost, and various properties of the prepared foam concrete containing the construction waste regenerated micro powder meet corresponding requirements of the national standard JG/T266-2011 foam concrete.
