Novel powder production process and production line thereof
The invention provides a novel powder production process and a production line thereof. The novel powder production process comprises the following steps: (1) proportioning a hard raw material, a soft raw material, an additive and water; (2) carrying out wet ball milling on the raw materials prepared in the step (1); (3) stirring and homogenizing the slurry prepared in the step (2); (4) sieving the slurry prepared in the step (3) to remove iron so as to form better slurry; (5) performing physical dehydration on the slurry prepared in the step (4) to prepare a mud cake; (6) further drying the mud cake prepared in the step (5) to prepare a dry material; (7) crushing the dry material prepared in the step (6); (8) performing multi-layer screening on the dry material prepared in the step (7); and (9) dry materials which are screened out in the step (8) and meet the grain composition requirement are put into a powder bin to be aged. The slurry is dried in two steps, so that the energy consumption in each step is reduced, and the slurry drying device is more environment-friendly.
