The invention relates to 3D printing graphene oxide-hydroxyapatite-based biological ceramic slurry as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The ceramic slurry is prepared from ceramic powder, photosensitive resin, a dispersing agent, a photoinitiator, bioactive ions and graphene oxide.
