The invention provides ceramsite surface modified lightweight concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the ceramsite surface modified lightweight concrete comprises the following components according to the mix proportion (kg/m < 3 >) of per cubic meter of concrete: 400-500 parts of cement; 150 to 170 parts of mixing water; 600-700 parts of modified ceramsite with the particle size of 5-20 mm; 400-500 parts of pottery sand with the particle size of 3-5 mm and the bulk density of 920 kg/m < 3 >; 50 to 60 parts of fly ash which is class C II-grade fly ash; the bulk density of the silica fume is 854kg/m < 3 >; the admixture is a polycarboxylic acid type efficient water reducing agent, the water reducing rate of the polycarboxylic acid type efficient water reducing agent is 23-27%, and the bleeding rate within 3 hours is not greater than 5%. The ceramsite is improved through surface treatment, on the premise that the stacking density is not greatly changed, the cylinder compressive strength of the ceramsite can be improved by 50%, meanwhile, the water absorption rate of the ceramsite is reduced and is about 30% of that before treatment, the prepared lightweight concrete has the characteristics of light weight and high strength, and the comprehensive performance of the concrete is improved.
本发明提供一种陶粒表面改性轻质混凝土及其制备方法,陶粒表面改性轻质混凝土按照单方混凝土配合比(kg/m3)计,包括以下各组分:水泥,400‑500份;拌合水,150‑170份;改性陶粒,600‑700份,粒径5~20mm;陶砂,400‑500份,粒径为3~5mm,堆积密度为920kg/m3;粉煤灰,50‑60份,为C类II级粉煤灰;硅灰,0‑40份,堆积密度854kg/m3;外加剂,5.5~6.5,为聚羧酸系高效减水剂,其减水率为23%~27%,3小时泌水率不大于5%。本发明通过表面处理改善陶粒,在控制堆积密度不发生较大改变的前提下,能够提升陶粒50%的筒压强度,同时降低陶粒的吸水率,大约为处理前的30%左右,制备得到的轻质混凝土具有轻质高强的特性,提升了混凝土的综合性能。
