The invention belongs to the field of additives for concrete, particularly relates to an additive for lightweight ceramsite concrete and a preparation method of the additive, and provides the following scheme aiming at the problems of segregation and bleeding, shrinkage and creep and durability of existing ceramsite applied to concrete. The admixture for the lightweight ceramsite concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5-10 parts of a high-dispersity polycarboxylic admixture (with the solid content of 40%), 5-10 parts of a polycarboxylic water-retaining agent (with the solid content of 10%), 0.1-0.5 part of an air entraining agent alpha-olefin sulfonate (AOS)/sodium dodecyl sulfate (K12), 0.5-1 part of a thickening agent modified polyether cellulose, 1-3 parts of a retarder sodium gluconate and 0.5-1 part of a foam stabilizer. According to the lightweight ceramsite concrete, the problem that the lightweight aggregate floats upwards in the construction process can be better solved, and application and popularization of the lightweight ceramsite concrete are accelerated.
本发明属于混凝土用外加剂领域,尤其是一种轻质陶粒混凝土用外加剂及其制备方法,针对现有的陶粒在混凝土中应用存在的离析泌水问题、收缩与徐变问题和耐久性问题,现提出如下方案,其轻质陶粒混凝土用外加剂包括以下质量份数的原料:高分散性聚羧酸系外加剂(含固量40%)5‑10份、聚羧酸类保水剂(含固量10%)5‑10份、引气剂α‑烯基磺酸钠(AOS)/十二烷基磺酸钠(K12)0.1‑0.5份、增稠剂改性聚醚纤维素0.5‑1份、缓凝剂葡萄糖酸钠1‑3份、稳泡剂0.5‑1份、防腐剂0.1‑0.2份,其余为自来水,本发明可以更好的解决施工过程中的轻骨料上浮问题,加快轻质陶粒混凝土的推广应用。
