The invention discloses an environment-friendly snow-melting agent and a preparation and use method thereof, which are mainly based on a salt lake bischofite resource, are matched with carnallite, preferably adopt corrosion inhibitor ingredients, overcome the technological process, reduce or cancel the heating process, and finally obtain an environment-friendly, economical and feasible snow-melting agent product. The snow-melting agent prepared by the invention pays more attention to environmental protection, and has the characteristics of short snow-melting time and quick effect. All indexes such as the solid dissolution rate, the relative snow melting and deicing capacity, the carbon steel corrosion rate, the road surface friction attenuation rate, the relative damage rate of plant seeds, mercury, cadmium, lead, arsenic and water-insoluble substances meet the national standard requirements. The granulation is directly carried out without drying, so that the working procedures are saved. Salt lake bischofite and carnallite are adopted as raw materials, so that the cost is saved. The compound corrosion inhibitor has a synergistic effect and can also increase nutritional ingredients of crops.
