SPMT rapid bridge erecting and disassembling variable consignment support
The invention discloses an SPMT fast erecting and bridge disassembling variable consignment support which comprises a main beam, two sets of main supporting legs arranged at the top end of the main beam, main supporting leg upper flange plates arranged at the top ends of the main supporting legs and main supporting leg lower flange plates arranged at the bottom ends of the main supporting legs. The buttress upper bottom surface is arranged at the top end of the buttress, the buttress lower bottom surface is arranged at the bottom end of the buttress, and a fixed adjusting assembly is arranged above the main supporting leg. The height of the main support is changed through the set of bracket, repeated use is achieved, the bracket can be suitable for various types of bridge erecting and bridge disassembling operation, the assembling time is shortened, safety and stability are achieved, and resources are saved; and by adopting the variable bracket, the bracket manufacturing cost is effectively reduced, the bracket manufacturing time is saved, and meanwhile, the overall project cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种SPMT快速架、拆桥可变托运支架,包括主梁,设置于所述主梁顶端的两组主支腿,设置于所述主支腿顶端的主支腿上法兰盘,设置于所述主支腿底端的主支腿下法兰盘,所述主梁的底端设置有多组支墩,设置于所述支墩顶端的支墩上底面,设置于所述支墩底端的支墩下底面,所述主支腿的上方设置有固定调节组件。本发明通过这一套托架改变主支架的高度实现重复使用,可适用多类型桥梁架、拆桥作业,提高拼装时间,安全稳固、节约资源,相比普通托架需要根据桥梁高度进行一桥一做,而采用可变托架有效降低了制作托架的成本与节省了做托架的时间,同时降低整体项目成本。
