The invention discloses a marine bridge section floating mounting method based on an SPMT, and the mounting method comprises the following steps: S1, a barge carries a bridge section and the SPMT to reach the front of a mounting bridge pier, and a small boat fixes a mooring rope on the bridge pier; s2, gradually tightening the mooring rope by the barge, and aligning the stern to the gap between the piers; s3, the barge winch pulls the stern into the position between the bridge piers, it is guaranteed that the stern installation area can contain the bridge section and the SPMT sufficiently, and a fender and a floating ball are used for fixing; and S4, bridge section binding is relieved before installation, the SPMT enters the lower portion of the bridge section to jack up the bridge section from the temporary support, the bridge section is transported to the stern, and the installation position of the bridge section is roughly positioned through the actions of translation, rotation and the like. Millimeter-level fine adjustment can be achieved through SPMT transportation and landing installation of the bridge section, higher installation precision is achieved, the influence of jolting caused by wave impact on the barge is reduced, the horizontal state of goods under the condition that the barge inclines is guaranteed, and time cost losses caused by severe weather are reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于SPMT的海上桥段浮托安装方法,所述安装方法包括以下步骤:S1:驳船运载桥段和SPMT到达安装桥墩前方,由小艇将系缆绳固定于桥墩上;S2:驳船逐步收紧系缆绳,将船尾对准桥墩间空隙;S3:驳船绞缆将船尾拉入桥墩间,保证船尾安装区域足够容纳桥段和SPMT并使用护舷和浮球进行固定;S4:安装前解除桥段绑扎,SPMT进入桥段下方将桥段从临时支撑上顶起,运输至船尾,通过平移旋转等动作进行桥段安装位置粗定位。本发明使用SPMT运输和落位安装桥段可实现毫米级的细微调整,具有更高的安装精度,减少波浪冲击驳船造成颠簸的影响,保证驳船倾斜下货物的水平状态,减少因恶劣天气造成的时间成本损失。
